Welcome to LAYL, a Saudi Arabian platform for discovering venues, events, and entertainment experiences in Riyadh. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. LAYL is operated by Takafu Technologies Co. Ltd., Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

2. Account

• You register with a valid Saudi mobile number and verify it via OTP.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You must be 18+ to use booking and payment services.

3. Services

LAYL offers: venue and event discovery, reservations, reviews, the loyalty program (Bronze/Silver/Gold/Sultan tiers), and entertainment content within the Saudi market.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the platform lawfully and respect Saudi regulations and public norms.
• Do not post content that is offensive, harmful, or infringing.
• Respect prayer times, Ramadan, and religious occasions in your content and interactions.
• Do not use the service for fraud or abuse.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through SAMA-licensed providers (Mada, Apple Pay, Mada Pay). Refund policy follows Saudi e-commerce law and Ministry of Commerce regulations. Specific refund terms for each booking are shown at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property

The LAYL name, logo, design, and original content belong to Takafu Technologies. Copying or reusing any element without written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

LAYL is an intermediary platform between users and partners (venues, event organizers). We strive for accuracy but cannot absolutely guarantee it. The partner is ultimately responsible for the quality of service delivered at their location.

8. Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts in Riyadh.
